Upon receiving, you will be referred to the stylist specific to your hair care needs or of your choosing!

• Full name
• How you found us
• Your availability
• TWO photos front and back of current hair
• FIVE year hair history
• TWO or more photos of your desired look

NEW CLIENTS:

• There is a ONE TIME deposit required for securing your appointment. The deposit is $100 and will go towards your color service
• This ensures that your are just as serious about your color appointment as we are! With stylists booking out 4-8 weeks and the average color appointment being anywhere been 3-5 hours, this policy has become necessary.
• Deposits are non-refundable if a 24 hour notice is not provided
